Sometimes it hurts, but we have to keep breathing.
Even when it doesn't feel like it should be possible to breathe.

Life will go on, it always does. The world will continue to turn, unphased. Unaware of existence.

Just take a deep, deep fuckin breathe. And eventually.... the chest will loosen, and the brain will stop spinning. And life WILL go on.
